Terms & Agreement Policy Summary

Services Offered: Custom Balloon Garlands, Balloon Columns, Balloon Stands, and Event Decor Setup

1. Services & Custom Decor

• Custom Designs: All balloon garlands, columns, and stands are custom created based on the colors, sizing, and theme agreed upon during booking.
• Balloon Care & Longevity:
  • Indoor setups typically last several days under climate-controlled conditions.
  • Outdoor setups are exposed to sunlight, heat, wind, and ambient elements which can cause balloons to expand, pop, or dull in color. Inavision LLC is not responsible for weather-related damage once installation/delivery is complete.
• Equipment & Stands: Balloon stands, frames, or structures provided on a rental/loan basis remain the property of Inavision LLC. Unless otherwise agreed upon, hardware must be made available for retrieval after the event or returned in original condition. Damage or missing hardware may incur a replacement fee.

2. Orders, Deposits & Payment Terms

• Retainer / Deposit: A non-refundable deposit (or retainer) is required at the time of booking to secure your event date and purchase supplies.
• Final Payment: Remaining balances must be paid in full prior to delivery/installation (or on the date specified in your invoice).

3. Delivery & Installation

• Setup Requirements: Clients must ensure the delivery venue/location is accessible, clean, and ready for installation at the agreed time.
• Arrival Window: Delivery and setup times are scheduled within an agreed window. Delays caused by venue access restrictions or client unreadiness may impact installation timing.
• Delivery Fees: Delivery and setup fees are calculated based on mileage, venue accessibility, and complexity of the setup.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Client Cancellations:
  • Deposits/retainers are non-refundable.
  • Cancellations made within [e.g., 7–14 days] of the event date may be subject to full payment retention to cover pre-purchased materials and reserved time slots.
• Rescheduling: Requests to move an event date are subject to availability. If rescheduled at least [e.g., 14 days] prior, unused funds may be applied toward the new event date.
• Force Majeure / Severe Weather: In the event of severe weather or unforeseen extreme conditions preventing safe delivery or outdoor setup, Inavision LLC will work with the client to alter or reschedule the service where possible.

5. Refund Policy

• General Policy: Due to the custom, perishable, and single-use nature of balloon decor, all sales are final once delivered and installed.
• Issues at Delivery: Any concerns regarding color matching, sizing, or setup must be brought to our attention at the time of installation so our team can resolve them promptly.
