Cancellation Policy

Terms & Agreement Policy Summary Business Name: Inavision LLC Services Offered: Professional Photography Services (Event, Portrait, Commercial, and On-Location) 1. Booking & Retainer Non-Refundable Retainer: A non-refundable retainer/deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your date and time slot. Payment Schedule: The remaining balance must be paid in full by [e.g., 7 days prior to the session date / on the day of the shoot] before high-resolution images or galleries are released. 2. Mileage & Travel Included Travel Radius: Photography services include complimentary travel up to [e.g., 25–30 miles] round trip from our primary business location. Mileage Rate: Additional distance beyond the standard radius is charged at $[e.g., 0.67–0.75] per mile, measured for the entire round trip. Drive Time & Distances: Travel exceeding [e.g., 1–1.5 hours] one-way may incur an additional hourly drive-time rate of $[X]/hour to cover travel labor and scheduling impacts. For long-distance or overnight travel, client is responsible for agreed-upon accommodations, toll fees, and parking costs. 3. Cancellations & Rescheduling Client Cancellations: Cancellations forfeit the initial booking retainer. Cancellations made within [e.g., 48 hours to 7 days] of the shoot date may require payment of the remaining balance to compensate for reserved schedule time. Rescheduling: Shoots may be rescheduled without penalty if requested at least [e.g., 7 days] in advance, subject to photographer availability. Weather-related rescheduling for outdoor sessions will be handled at the photographer’s discretion at no additional fee. Photographer Cancellation: In the rare event that Inavision LLC cannot perform due to illness, injury, or emergency, all payments made (including the retainer) will be refunded in full if a suitable replacement photographer or rescheduled date cannot be agreed upon. 4. Refund Policy Service Fees: Due to the custom artistic nature and time-intensive process of photography services, all completed shoots and delivered image galleries are non-refundable. Retainers & Travel Fees: Retainers and incurred travel/mileage costs are non-refundable once travel or shoot prep has commenced. Image Delivery: Minor corrections or retouching requests must be submitted within [e.g., 7–14 days] of receiving the digital gallery.
